- Please tell us briefly what kind of work you are currently in charge of.
I am in charge of new order sales activities for customers and trial production of automobile seats that are scheduled to be sold. Promotion of production start-up plan, production cost, presentation of selling price to customers, etc. We are building a process up to mass production while repeating verification with customers for prototype products that have been cut and sewn.
- What are you conscious of when you work?
Because of work in fields that affect product quality and mass production costs. We strive to identify problems and make good products while maintaining good communication with customers, business partners, and the company.
- What made you decide to join Daiyu?
I was originally interested in automobiles and wanted to get a related job, so I decided on Daiyu.
- How do you feel about your work environment?
An environment where you can communicate with each other while respecting each other, regardless of your superiors or subordinates. There are year-end and New Year holidays, GW, summer vacation and long vacation three times a year, and it worked well.
- What was the most memorable thing about working at Daiyu?
When the car I worked on goes on sale, I feel joy and a sense of accomplishment.
- What do you do on your days off?
I enjoy spending time relaxing while searching for my favorite ramen shop, eating around, and cooking with my children.
