Origin of the company name "Daiyu"
Daiyu., Ltd. was founded in 1979 under the name of "Sewing Yakuwa" by its founder,
Osamu Yakuwa . With the incorporation in 1982, it was named "Otomo Sewing Co., Ltd.
It was named by the founder as "Otomo" in the hope that the company will develop by making "big friends (connections)".
When the head office moved to the Shinjo Core Industrial Park in 1998, it was changed to "Daiyu Co., Ltd." in Katanaka, and it continues to this day.
The company name of "Daiyu" has earned the trust of employees, customers, partner companies, and local communities, and It can be said that it represents the founding spirit of wishing to build a "big connection (friend)".
