It is a job to sew automobile seats using an industrial sewing machine. Even if you have never touched the sewing machine, we will give you careful guidance from the basics, so please feel free to apply. Sewing work has processes that require advanced techniques from simple processes, and you can feel your own growth by gradually improving your skills while working. It's a job where you can feel the pride that the products you make are used in cars all over the world.

A laser cutting machine is used to cut the fabric of automobile seats for each part. We take out cut products, sort them, and weld labels with a special machine. Even inexperienced people are gradually getting used to operating the machine. It's a job where you can feel proud that the products you make are used in cars all over the world.
★ It is also possible to work at overseas subsidiaries in China and Thailand (overseas assignment allowance, language training expenses are also subsidized by the company)

Working hours
8: 30-17: 30 (actual work 8:00)
Holidays are based on our annual calendar (Golden Week / New Year holidays are available)
Salary
Full-time employees from April 2021
Monthly salary high school graduation ￥ 163,000
* Overtime allowance and qualification allowance are paid separately. Other commuting allowance
Salary increases / bonuses
