1.  Compliance with laws and regulations

Daiyu will comply with laws and regulations and carry out sensible activities that comply with social ethics in all corporate activities.

  • Legal compliance is a minimum obligation to be observed in conducting corporate activities, recognizing that it is the fundamental of social significance, It is the basis of all corporate behavior.

  • Not only the laws and regulations that apply to all businesses, but also the laws and regulations that apply to our own business, we always check the contents, revisions and abolitions, etc. and carry out corporate activities.

  • In order to ensure legal compliance, we will clarify where responsibility lies, create and maintain internal regulations and manuals according to the actual situation of the company, and strive to penetrate the company through enlightenment and educational activities.

  • We will respect social rules and business practices other than laws and regulations in accordance with laws and regulations, and constantly verify that our actions are based on fair rules and fair business practices.

2.  Respect for human rights
